Normal/ Standard Delivery
All of our orders are put on our standard 3 - 7 working day delivery service unless otherwise agreed. Deliveries take place between 8am and 8pm and you will be contacted by the delivery company to let you know of an estimated 4 hour delivery window before your order arrives with you. That way, you can know exactly when to expect your order.
If your order is down for delivery, there is a small cost as follows. This cost starts from £40. Please see the table below for the delivery charges.

Due to current situations, an additional charge for delivery to Northern Ireland will now occur, this is due to continuing price increases from our couriers.
On the day of delivery
On the day of delivery, the delivery will happen between 8am and 8pm. A large vehicle will arrive with your doors on so if there are any access problems, please let us know before hand. The delivery team will unload your doors and bring them to your property.
Checking of the goods
In the very rare event that there are any problems with the goods delivered, we recommend checking the doors for any obvious signs of damage or unsuitability. If you think there is any damage to your delivery, please inform the courier and refuse to sign for the delivery and notify us within 24 hours of this so we can correct the issue.
All goods/doors must be checked within 48 hours of receipt and any discrepancies or defects must be reported to the seller within this time frame, this can be done via message or telephone call preferably. Any works carried out on the doors after this time period will void any return. No doors/ goods can be accepted as a return if any works have been carried out on them.
