Refund & Cancellation Policy

If your order is faulty on arrival, you will be entitled to an exchange, replacement or a full refund upon confirmation that there is a fault. Where necessary, we will arrange to collect the faulty items and replace as quick as possible.

All of our orders have a 30 day money back guarantee as standard. You have the right to cancel without giving a reason for 30 days from the point when you receive your full order.

Returns may be subject to a collection and restocking charge of 15% where reason for return is with the customer including but not limited to return reasons such as ordering the wrong size, no longer requiring the door. Please note, Items must be returned in original packaging. 

All refunds must be returned via the original payment method. Please allow up to a maximum of 10 Days for the funds to return to your account. We offer full terms and conditions on any returns/cancellations and refunds on the Returns & Refunds page.
